C2Brand will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If terminated by the client before project completion, any outstanding payments become due immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
C2Brand provides services on an “as-is” basis, and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the services provided.
Limitation of Liability
C2Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
